The only things that I had slight problems with were the seat, it isn't very comfortable. However, that can easily be replaced with a cushioned seat. And also that I am 5'8 and a 24 inch wheel is probably making the bike too short for me. BUT that was my mistake because I could have bought the 26 inch. So really just the seat. Other than that, the bike is nice and is a fair price for the product.

Not so much! This bike is for 9-15 year olds or VERY short women. It took me a good 2 hours to put together and when I was done I could barely ride it! When I turned the wheel hit my shoes which could cause some serious damage. I still gave it four stars because I think it's a good bike, very sturdy, good quality but for girls not average sized women.

It would be better if it came with the alan key to assemble it, but other than that, it was quickly put together.
My daughter is learning to change gears slowly as the chain will fall off if she does this too fast, but it is easily put back on, and I believe this is normal for gear-changing bicycles.
This is an excellent bike for the pre-teen/teen that is getting too big for "kid bikes" but too small for the adult size.
