No surprises... works as advertised., February 5, 2010 By sethat (St. Louis, MO USA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: CycleOps Rollers (Sports) The rollers were delivered by amazon in a timely manner. This is my first set of rollers, and I have never used a trainer, so I don't have other equipment to compare this too. I bought these to use during the winter, because I thought it would be more interesting than using a treadmill, and I would get to use my new road bike year around. I think the reviews are pretty accurate as to the quality of these rollers. Rollers are fairly expensive. Given the price point of the cycleops, I think these are an excellent value for someone who would like a folding set of rollers, or maybe a person who is a casual rider trying to get some spin time in during inclement weather (which happens to be about 1/2 of the year in the midwest, unfortunately). I was worried about them supporting my weight, as I am a larger guy, but they do a great job, and are smooth to ride on once you get the hang of it. If I was a serious rider, I would have probably chosen a more expensive set.

Outstanding trainer, October 5, 2009 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: CycleOps Rollers (Sports) Tried the rear wheel trainer one year, then the Lemond stationary bike and did not enjoy either one. The Cycle-Ops trainer is great! It emulates real world biking better than my first two choices. As advised, it takes some practice to master the rollers, but has done a great job forcing ecomony of movement and smooth steady pedal strokes. I look forward to riding now when I can't get out on the road...

Outstanding Customer Service from Manufacturer, September 29, 2010 By Franklin Parker Celico (Dillon, CO, US) - See all my reviews This review is from: CycleOps Rollers (Misc.) I bought a set of these cheap/used. One roller had a noticeable vibration, buzz and bit of a rough ride. I contacted the manufacturer of these rollers, which is Sportscrafters - not CycleOps. I told them I bought a used and apparenlty broken version of their product that is branded Cyclops and they sent me a replacement drum free without any shipping charge and they threw in a free drive elastic band! Incredible service. They said this is their policy - fix it free for the life of the product regardless of how many owners there have been! If I ever need to buy another set I'd buy them directly from Sportscrafters, Google them, they sell the exact same version as sold by CyclOps because they make them for Cyclops. By the way, these rollers are great!
