i live in ny. had 2 bikes stolen in the city. i finally got an Onguard chain and lock. the ny bike thieves tried and tried to pick that lock and finally after 3 or 4 years they actually did something to keep it from opening again (i'm guessing they broke a tumbler). BUT THEY DIDN'T GET THE LOCK OPEN!!! AND DIDN'T GET THE BIKE. AND.....UNBELIEVABLY, ONGUARD REPLACED THE LOCK ... AND THE CHAIN ...AND...PAID FOR A LOCKSMITH!!!! now i'm happy again. i like my bike and i need it in the city. new york is tough, and this company gets my vote 5 stars!!!! and more!!

Lots of Pros and no Cons that I can see. Here we go:
1) Heavy Duty chain. Built for toughness. And the weight of this Bad Boy is enough to disuade any casual thief. Good luck on sawing through it. That's not gonna happen! This chain ain't going anywhere!
2) Very nice covering included gold stitched labeling of the company! WOW!! Very classy! Also has velcro tabs if you want to remove it and perhaps clean it. Nice touch!
3) One link is made to fit inside the other and tie it to a lock..any lock you choose! Nothing proprietary about this chain!
4) 7 foot chain...the longest I could find without going to special custom lengths in the UK. This will be very helpful tying two bikes together or tying the bike to a pole where a bit of distance is needed.
